2025年1月26日，我们在北加州藏人社区中心的新年集市上举办了 “写明信片，送祝福——给藏人良心犯的洛萨新年问候” 活动。
On January 26th, 2025, we hosted the "Postcard Writing for Tibetan Prisoners of Conscience – Sending Losar New Year’s Blessings" event at the Losar Fair organized by the Tibetan Association of Northern California.
我们精心整理了 20 位藏人良心犯的背景资料和案情，并为藏人朋友们书写的明信片进行中文翻译，同时填写中文地址。
We carefully compiled background and profiles of 20 Tibetan prisoners of conscience, and translated the messages written by Tibetan attendees into Chinese while also helping to fill in the addresses in Chinese.
最终，我们共收集了 84 封 寄给藏地良心犯的新年祝福明信片，并整理了一些精选明信片合集。
In total, we collected 84 postcards for Tibetan prisoners of conscience and curated a selection of them as highlights.
其中，一位 阿妈啦 在摊位上坐了很久，想为每一位藏人良心犯都写一封新年贺卡。她写了10张，她说她很感动，能把祝福传到境内高墙内的同胞手中。
Among them, one Ama-la sat at the booth for a long time, wanting to write a postcard for each Tibetan prisoner of conscience. She wrote 10 cards and said she was very moved to be able to pass on the blessings to her compatriots behind the high walls in Tibet.
许多藏族孩子们用画笔和稚嫩的文字，向雪域高原的他们送去了问候和祝愿。许多父母特意带着孩子来到我们的摊位，我们耐心地向他们讲述这些勇敢抗争者的故事，以及写下这封明信片的意义。
Many Tibetan children also used their drawings and simple words to send their wishes and greetings to those enduring hardships in Tibet. Many parents brought their children to our booth, and patiently shared the stories of those who have fought for freedom and explained the significance of writing these postcards.
与此同时，也有藏人对我们是汉人感到惊讶。
Some Tibetans were also surprised that we were all Chinese.
一位 阿佳啦 问我们是不是汉人，我们回答说：“ང་ཚོ་ཚང་མ་རྒྱ་མི་ཡིན།”（我们都是汉人）。“སྙིང་རྗེ།（慈悲啊）”，她开心地说道，接着用中文对我们说：“我爱你”。
One Aca-la asked us, "Are you all Chinese?" We replied in Tibetan: “ང་ཚོ་ཚང་མ་རྒྱ་མི་ཡིན།” (We are all Chinese). “སྙིང་རྗེ། (nyingje)”, she smiled warmly and said in Chinese to us, "Wo Ai Ni” (I love you).
这正是我们成立 华语青年挺藏会 的初衷——我们希望藏人朋友们知道，我们新一代的华语青年愿意和藏人站在一起。
This moment encapsulated the very reason we founded Chinese Youth Stand for Tibet—to let Tibetans know that the new generation of Chinese youth will stand with Tibet!
对于历史上藏人遭受的苦难，我们深感惭愧和抱歉。身为享有汉人特权的一员，我们或许永远无法完全理解藏人的创伤，但我们愿竭尽全力，作为汉藏沟通的桥梁，希望藏人有一天可以选择自己的未来。
We feel deep shame and sorrow for the historical atrocities committed against Tibetans. As beneficiaries of Han privilege, we may never fully comprehend the wounds of the Tibetan people, but we will do our utmost to serve as a bridge of understanding and hopefully one day Tibetans can pursue self-determination.

阿亚桑扎，青海省果洛藏族自治州甘德县牧民，曾任牧委会主任及反腐倡导者。2014年，他与牧民成立“芒珠林”组织，揭露官员贪腐、非法采矿与狩猎，并向政府请愿，深受当地尊敬。同年因2008年旧案被捕，判刑1年10个月，2016年获释。2018年，他因维权要求合理住房补助再次被捕，以“寻衅滋事”罪名被判7年，刑期至2025年9月3日。2020年5月，9名联合国人权专员呼吁撤销指控，6月二审维持原判，7月被送往青海门源监狱。
Anya Sengdra, a Tibetan herder from Gadê, Qinghai, was a former pastoral committee director and anti-corruption advocate. In 2014, he co-founded the "Mangzhulin" organization with local herders to expose corruption, illegal mining, and poaching, earning widespread respect. That year, he was arrested for a 2008 case and sentenced to 1 year and 10 months, released in 2016. In 2018, he was arrested again for advocating fair housing subsidies and sentenced to 7 years for "picking quarrels and provoking trouble," with his term ending in 2025. In May 2020, nine UN human rights experts urged the charges be dropped, but his appeal was rejected in June, and he was sent to Menyuan Prison in July.
སྒོ་ཤེས་རབ་རྒྱ་མཚོ། / 果·喜饶嘉措 / Go Sherab Gyatso

2021 年 2 月 3 日，中国政府以“煽动分裂国家”罪名秘密判处果·喜饶嘉措十年有期徒刑。果·喜饶嘉措是一位著名的西藏宗教哲学家，也是来自阿坝的一位颇有造诣的藏文作家，着有数本关于藏传佛教哲学、传统和文化方面的著作。他因在入狱早期患上慢性肺部疾病，但当局拒绝为他提供医疗服务。导致他的健康状况每况愈下，引发了人们对他生命安全的担忧。 49岁的果·喜饶嘉措因努力保护西藏的宗教、语言和文化曾多次遭捕。
On February 3, 2021, the Chinese government secretly sentenced Go Sherab Gyatso to ten years in prison on charges of "inciting separatism." Go Sherab Gyatso is a renowned Tibetan religious philosopher and an accomplished Tibetan writer from Ngawa. He is the author of several books on Tibetan Buddhist philosophy, tradition, and culture. He developed a chronic lung condition early in his imprisonment, but authorities refused to provide him with medical care. His health has been deteriorated, raising concerns about his safety. The 49-year-old Go Sherab Gyatso has been arrested multiple times for his efforts to protect Tibetan religion, language, and culture.

洛桑金巴，西藏当卓寺副院长，2019年因僧侣曲嘉旺波在拉萨丢失手机，暴露其与尼泊尔藏僧的联系及2015年地震捐款记录，被指勾结境外势力，寺院遭突袭，僧人被政治洗脑，多人遭殴打，1人自杀。数月后，他与3名僧人被正式逮捕，并于2020年被判19年刑期。现疑被关押在拉萨扎基监狱，情况不明。
Lobsang Jinpa, deputy abbot of Tengdro Monastery, was arrested in 2019 after a lost phone revealed his contact with Nepalese monks and records of donations for the 2015 earthquake, leading to accusations of collusion with foreign forces. The monastery was raided, monks faced political indoctrination, beatings, and one committed suicide. Months later, Jinpa and three monks were formally arrested and, in 2020, sentenced to 19 years. He is reportedly held in Lhasa’s Drapchi Prison, but his current status remains unclear.

仓央嘉措，西藏那曲索县珍达寺诵经师兼财务主管，2014年3月因当局发现索县有人通过手机和微信传播被禁内容，如达赖喇嘛照片、民族尊严歌曲及封锁消息，并在墙上喷写“西藏独立”等标语，遭大规模抓捕。他于3月17日被警方从寺庙带走，指控“与境外联系”和“煽动反政府”，同年10月1日被判刑12年，刑期至2026年3月17日。家属长期被拒探视，判决书下达3个月后才获准会见。
Tsangyang Gyatso, a scripture chanter and financial manager at Zhenda Monastery in Sog County, Nagqu, was arrested on March 17, 2014, during a mass crackdown after authorities discovered Tibetans in Sog using phones and WeChat to share banned content, including Dalai Lama images, nationalist songs, and censored local news, as well as spray-painting “Tibetan Independence.” He was charged with “contacting foreign entities” and “inciting rebellion” and sentenced on October 1, 2014, to 12 years, with his term ending on March 17, 2026. His family was repeatedly denied visits and only allowed to see him three months after receiving the verdict.

图丹罗珠，西藏知名作家、学者，精通藏语、汉语和英语，曾就读于班禅喇嘛创办的学校，毕业后在家乡任教，拒绝高薪工作，致力于藏语保护。尽管其文章未违反宪法，当局仍多次警告并搜查其电脑。2021年10月，他被公安从石渠县带走，六个月后传出被秘密关押于成都，家人无法获知其情况。2022年6月26日，消息称他被判刑4年6个月，罪名包括“煽动分裂国家”“危害国家安全”“破坏民族团结”，宣判日期约为6月14日。中国政府未向家人提供正式判决或关押地点。他以研究西藏社会、经济、语言和文化问题的著作闻名，被视为同代最具影响力的藏人作家之一。被捕前，他因网帖多次受警告，电脑被没收，并作为指控的“证据”。
Thupten Lodroe, a renowned Tibetan writer and scholar fluent in Tibetan, Chinese, and English, studied at a school founded by the Panchen Lama. After graduating, he taught in his hometown, rejecting high-paying government jobs to advocate for Tibetan language preservation. Despite his writings not violating the constitution, authorities repeatedly warned him and searched his computer. In October 2021, he was taken by police in Serxu County and went missing. Six months later, reports suggested he was secretly held in Chengdu, but his family remained uninformed. On June 26, 2022, sources revealed he was sentenced to 4 years and 6 months for “inciting separatism”,“endangering national security”, and “undermining ethnic unity”, with sentencing around June 14. The government provided no formal charges or location details. Known for his works on Tibetan society, economy, language, and culture, he was among the most influential Tibetan writers of his generation. Before his arrest, he faced repeated warnings for online posts, and authorities confiscated his computer, using its contents as "evidence" against him.
བསྟན་འཛིན་ཆོས་འཕེལ། / 丹增曲培 / Tenzin Choephel

丹增曲培是他于2018年3月30日在拉萨贡嘎机场被捕，当时他刚从成都出差返回。在被单独监禁一年多后，他被当局以“煽动分裂国家”、“非法向境外发送情报”和“资助危害国家安全的活动”等罪名判处18年有期徒刑，并没收所有个人财产。
Tenzin Choephel He was arrested at Lhasa Gonggar Airport on March 30, 2018, upon returning from a business trip to Chengdu. After over a year in solitary confinement, he was sentenced to 18 years in prison on charges of "inciting separatism," "illegally sending intelligence abroad," and "financing activities endangering state security." His personal assets were also confiscated.

His family's appeal was rejected. Tenzin Choephel's persecution is part of a broader campaign by Chinese authorities targeting prominent and influential Tibetans who oppose the government's destructive development projects and advocate for the protection of Tibet's fragile ecosystem and precious culture.

次旺嘉措，原甘孜州新龙县塘吉乡小学厨师，因参与罢耕运动和抵制藏历新年庆祝，2009年2月28日被怀疑参与抗议中共暴政的示威活动，该抗议引发警民冲突，乡政府大楼失火。3月11日，他被警方抓捕并刑拘，关押于成都某看守所。2009年11月17日，甘孜州中级法院以“煽动分裂国家罪”和“扰乱社会秩序罪”判处其16年徒刑。
Tsewang Gyatso, a former school chef in Tangji Township, Xinlong County, Garzê, was suspected of involvement in a February 28, 2009, protest against Chinese rule, which led to clashes and a township government fire. He had also participated in a farming boycott and resisted state-controlled Tibetan New Year celebrations. Arrested on March 11 and detained in Chengdu, he was sentenced on November 17, 2009, to 16 years for “inciting separatism” and “disrupting social order.”

我们在这里展示的藏人良心犯仅仅是沧海一栗。还有更多的藏人正在被关押，他们的故事未被讲述，他们的抗争仍在无声中继续。
The Tibetan political prisoners we have presented here represent only a small fraction of the many more in Tibet. Countless others remain imprisoned, their stories untold, and their struggles continue in silence.
坚持真理与自由，不应成为罪过。正是他们的勇气，给予我们继续前行的力量。希望这些明信片能承载着海外藏人和华人的关怀与祝福，跨越高墙，传递到远方的他们手中，带去严酷冬日里的一丝温暖。愿他们知道，他们并不孤单——海外的流亡藏人和我们依然铭记他们的信念，并延续着他们未竟的理想。
Standing for truth and freedom should not be a crime. It is their courage that gives us the strength to keep going. We hope these postcards carry the love and support of Tibetans and Chinese overseas, reaching those behind high walls and bringing them a touch of warmth in this harsh winter. May they know that they are not alone—Tibetans in exile and we all remember their beliefs and continue to carry forward the mission they have yet to complete.
