图博抗暴65周年纪念演讲
华语青年挺藏会发言人在图博抗暴65周年之际，在旧金山领事馆门前发表的演讲 Speech in 65th anniversary of the Tibetan uprising Day
扎西德勒，大家好！我叫Ginger。我在这里代表“华语青年挺藏会”发言，我们是一个近期成立的以中文为母语的青年行动团体，致力于传播藏区被掩盖的真相。在社交媒体平台上，我们用中英文分享图博大藏区在墙内互联网上被封禁的古与今。长久以来，中共在中国互联网上打压藏人的声音。我们“华语青年挺藏会”致力于打破这些壁垒，揭露中共的谎言，并敦促中国公民觉醒，与藏人站在一起！藏人就是藏人，不是任何群体的“少数民族”！图博属于藏人，不是一个捏造的所谓“祖国母亲”的一部分。现在不是，将来也不会是！
Tashi Delek everyone! My name is Ginger. I am here to represent “Chinese Youth Stand for Tibet”, a newly formed group of native Chinese speakers dedicated to uncovering the truth about Tibet. On social media platforms, we share the suppressed narratives of Tibetan history and present in Chinese and English. For too long, the CCP has silenced the voices of Tibetans on the Chinese internet. We, as “Chinese Youth Stand for Tibet”, are committed to tearing down those walls, exposing the CCP’s lies, and urging Chinese citizens to wake up and stand in solidarity with the Tibetan people! Tibetans are Tibetans, not an ethnic minority of any group! Tibet belongs to Tibetans, not as a part of a fabricated so-called “motherland". Not now, and never in the future!
两年前，当我听说才旺罗布在布达拉宫前自焚的消息时，我哭了。他是一位前程似锦的藏人青年歌手，一个才华横溢的音乐家，一个冉冉升起的巨星。他对他的家乡图博怀有最深切的爱与自豪，而他的牺牲是中共极权压迫的直接结果。面对自己和所有藏人们承受的苦难，他别无选择，只有通过自焚作为最后的抗议手段来反抗中共。我们应该继承才旺罗布的英勇使命，继续传播他的呼吁！我们有责任让600万藏人的声音被世界听见、他们的痛苦、他们的斗争应当被传播到世界的每一个角落！图博大藏区是属于藏人自己的，中共必须马上停止对藏人的压迫！
Two years ago, I cried when I heard Tsewang Norbu set himself on fire in front of the Potala Palace. He was a promising young singer, a talented musician, and a rising superstar. He held the deepest love and pride for his homeland, Tibet. His death was a direct result of the CCP’s extreme oppression. Seeing the sufferings endured by him and all Tibetans, he had no choice but self-immolation as the last resort to protest against the CCP. It’s our duty to carry on Tsewang Norbu’s brave legacy and to amplify his appeal! It’s our duty to ensure that the voices of the 6 million Tibetans, their pains, their struggles, are heard far and wide! Tibet belongs to the Tibetans. The CCP’s oppression of the Tibetan people must end now!
另外，我们要与藏人伙伴一起，强烈谴责正在图博康区德格县规划建设的水电站项目。我看到成千上万的僧侣因为抗议大坝建设而被迫跪下、被逮捕和折磨，我感到非常痛心。中共对藏区土地的经济剥削已经在青藏高原和长江上游造成了大规模的生态灾难。这些大坝的建设不仅关乎于电力资源，它们更是集权专制的控制工具，给当地社区和生态造成不可逆转的损害。这些规划中的大坝项目，即将淹没七座传统藏传佛教寺院，这会抹去几千年的藏文化瑰宝和精神遗产，以及当地藏人居民的社区故事。我们绝不能让这种事情再次发生。文化大革命对藏人和中国人的传统文化造成的恐怖灾难，我们绝不能再让它重演了！图博大藏区属于藏人，中共的残酷占领和维稳体制必须马上结束！图博大地不应仅仅被视作为中国经济发展而被剥削的资源！
Together with our fellow Tibetans, we want to strongly condemn the ongoing hydropower dam project in Kham Dege. Witnessing thousands of monks forced to their knees, arrested, and tortured because of their protest against the dam construction was devastating. The CCP’s economic exploitation of the Tibetan soil has caused an ecological disaster on the Tibetan plateau and the upper Yangtze River. These dams are not just about power; they are tools of authoritarian control, causing irreversible damage to the local communities and significant ecological disruption. The proposed dam project threatens to submerge seven monasteries, erasing thousands of years of Tibetan culture, and spiritual wisdom, along with the stories of its people. We should not let this happen. The horror of the Cultural Revolution, with its tragic losses impacting both Tibetans and Chinese alike, must not be repeated! Tibet belongs to the Tibetans. CCP’s brutal occupation and police state must end today, and it should not be treated as a mere resource for China’s economic exploitation gain of China!
在此，我想对我的国人同胞们喊话，中共把我们变成了殖民者。西藏并不是中国的后花园，而是600万藏人的祖国！我们必须停止去估做中共非法占领图博大藏区的帮凶。“我想对现场的国人朋友们说几句：醒醒吧我的同胞们，中共政权是海内外藏人和每个中国老百姓共同的敌人，了解藏人苦难是我们的责任，因为他们的苦难也是我们过去的苦难，也会是我们的现在和将来的苦难! 追求图博大藏区的自由，也同样是追求我们的自由！”中共是藏人和中国人共同的敌人！藏人的苦难也映照着我们的过去、现在和未来！
To my fellow Chinese friends, the CCP has turned us into colonizers. Tibet is not the backyard of China, but the motherland of 6 million Tibetans! We must stop being the accomplices of the CCP in its illegal occupation of Tibet. I want to say a few words to my fellow Chinese. Wake up ! My fellow folks. The CCP regime is the common enemy of both Tibetans and Chinese! To learn about their suffering is our duty, because their suffering is our past and will be our suffering of today and tomorrow! To fight for the freedom of Tibet is to fight for our own freedom! The CCP is the common enemy of both Tibetans and Chinese! The sufferings of the Tibetans mirror our past, our present, and our future!
我梦想着有一天，我们能在拉萨相遇，在一个自由的图博！尊者达赖喇嘛要回家！中国政府必须立即把图博大藏区还给藏人们！我们在这里，与你们站在一起，团结一致！我们“华语青年挺藏会”，将不离不弃的与你们站在一起！我们在这里呼唤一个自由的图博大藏区！
图博必胜，万岁！
I dream of the day we will meet in Lhasa, *in a free Tibet*! His Holiness the Dalai Lama needs to return home, now! China must return Tibet to the Tibetan people, now! And we, are here to stand with you, in unity, in solidarity, and together, we, the Chinese youth stand for Tibet, will keep standing with you. We are here to call for a free Tibet!
